What to do if windows crashes while turning on Photoshop?

As soon as I turn on Photoshop, windows gives a blue screen with the error "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE". All other programs are fine. I just reinstalled Windows, although before reinstalling Windows there was a similar error during the launch of Photoshop, no matter which one, be it CS5 or CS6 ... It's strange that nothing has changed after reinstalling Windows.

Update your video drivers. If it doesn't help, open eventvwr.msc and see what the kernel died on and what it says about it.
