How to solve the problem with the generator when starting Photoshop?

When you turn on the FS, this generator problem pops up (attached).
This is an important thing, without the generator, the "export as" functionality is impossible, in fact, exporting layouts to popular formats.
The node file was added to the firewall exceptions, the registry of rules ... tried different things.
The advice from this video partially helped ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghYavZC5_ec ), but then the error does not pop up ONLY when Malwarebytes is enabled, which I do not need and has already been removed.

In most cases, the error is due to the fact that the node.exe file is missing . Apparently, you have it, but since you have a pirate (do not deny it), replacing the file can help. Personally, I was helped by installing the node js program from the site nodejs.org/en and then copying the node.exe file from the nodejs folder to the photoshop folder.
