How to cut a psd layout (layout inside a theme)?

Tell me, not a designer, how to cut my layout. How to do slicing:

I suspect that slicing is possible in Abobe's programs, but since I'm an Ubuntu (linux) user, I'm looking for a way to do it in a different way. I suspect that there are programs or scripts in the world that allow you to do this ...
I will describe my imagined "creation process":
1. I take a screenshot;
2. I highlight what I need in the sprites;
3. I run my magic super-duper script, which will automatically cut it, put it in the /img folder, and also translate it all for me in base64, and sort it into classes in my style.css
Speaking of myself, dreaming is my favorite pastime. But knowing the power of scripts, I believe that this is possible
From heaven to earth. Tell me, not a designer, how do I cut my layout?

Unfortunately, you can only cut normally in Photoshop. I am speaking as a Linux user and front-end developer.

Dude, install mpqeditor and tear out whatever you want from the archive, once dabbled in it, there are special editors for pictures, look for programs for warcraft 3.
