How to make an IP camera from a GoPro camera?

There is a GoPro camera. I would like to make an ip camera for surveillance from it, but how to do it? It is IMPORTANT that it be by wire, not wifi.

Connect the HDMI -> Ethernet converter to the camera, then the reverse converter, then plug the wire into the capture card.
The maximum resolution will be 1080/60 fps .
