Good bundle of video surveillance (not cheap china)

Hello, I have the following problem. It is necessary to organize video surveillance from the window of a high-rise building (lower floors). The main requirement is shooting at night, and high-quality. Only HD, no SD. Again

A couple more questions:
1. If you take a wi-fi camera, is there enough channel to transmit a high-quality picture?
2. How much space do you need to store a record, for example, for 5-7 days? About the frequency of changing the picture - this is the yard, so it will not change so often in theory.
3. From equipment there is a hospital, macbook pro and time capsule. There is no desire to keep the station constantly on. it is very noisy. Therefore, it is desirable to work (driver) under OS X. Is this even possible? Although I heard something about NAS. Silence is required, because I sleep in this room.

Desirable :
- traffic control from the apartment
- in the future, the installation of another camera directed in the other direction
- in winter it can be up to - 30
- about the installation - ideally, of course, in front of the window, but as I understand it, then a bunch of hemorrhoids with IR illumination will come out, etc. By the way, how far do they hit? Those. enough to, for example, shoot from the 3rd floor at 10-20 meters at night?
- as a bonus, a video peephole in the door. I would like to integrate it into this system, but apparently this is unlikely, because. usually it's stand-alone battery-powered crap and no wi-fi.

Summarizing this information, which infrastructure would be the best option? The budget is especially unlimited, but without fanaticism. Cheap China and webcams are strictly forested.

1. Stream of one FullHD camera - up to 10 Mbps. So, in principle, wi-fi should be enough for one camera.
2. Depends on whether the recording is ongoing or only in motion.
3. The main programs for video surveillance (line, trassir, itv axxon, macroscop) are designed for Windows. Under Mac, there may be some programs, I was not interested. Alternatively, you can buy cameras with a flash drive and write to it (usually flash drives up to 32 GB are supported), and then download the archives via the web. But here is also a nuance - some cameras work only in IE, so this should be taken into account when choosing a camera.

Here is a good traffic calculator for cameras, you can at least within an order of magnitude calculate the amount of storage and the bandwidth of the environment.
I only know Dlink cameras, so from the bottom I can advise DCS-7110 or DCS-7010L as outdoor ones. These are IP cameras, with Poe - if you buy an injector - you can get by with one cable. Wi-Fi for video - I do not perceive it as a reliable solution. They can always spoil the channel for you and the camera will rest on what it will drop (with good quality, although you don’t need high FPS).
The backlight of these cameras shoots at 25 meters. Further - a separate IR spotlight or a pair of 3-watt diodes + lens + driver (but this is already blowing :) )
The camera can only write on motion in a pre-specified area, which will save traffic.
I'm not sure about two points - temperature -30 and exposure range. Contact your regional office - they will advise you - usually good guys are sitting there.
Here is a comparative table of all Dlink cameras, just in case.
Long also has DVRs .
You can look in the direction of Nasov - The most optimal would be DNS-325 . As far as I remember, you can connect a camera to it and it can also be connected to Mydlink (You can view videos from the Internet or Android / iOS applications)
Something may not be accurate - I wrote from memory.

Do not compare cheap routers for 200 rubles and the corporate segment. Especially the cameras.

On the registrar and store. As I understand it, is it put into the hdd registrar?

Yes, you tie it up with a delink, this is a miserable company, they can’t do routers normally, otherwise they’ll make video surveillance cameras. I have been working with Zenith for a very long time, and I can advise a proven, high-quality and reliable Zenith G7W camera yourcamera.ru/ip-kamery/zenith-g7-detail Who doubts, read the specifications and reviews about the camera. I wish you good luck with the installation of the bundle.
