Data transmission from CCTV cameras in the Moscow metro

Gentlemen, the question has long tormented me, how is it possible to transmit the video signal from the surveillance cameras that are installed in the subway cars in real time to the situation center? If you count on your fingers like this, on average there are 4 cars in each train, in each car there are 2 cameras + n trains on the line. Wi-Fi can hardly cope with a constantly moving signal and so many cameras + roaming problems.

There are special industrial Wi-Fi points, for example , those placed on poles. They come with MIMO support, they are also controlled by a controller, which is more needed for seamless roaming and for working in MESH networks.
Similar points are placed in the cars, which are already clinging via Wi-Fi to those on the poles. They also put cameras like these in the cars .
The most hemorrhoid in such a decision is to supply power to the points on the poles.

There are also purely analog radio broadcast solutions. The receiving antenna is a fixed waveguide - a cable stretched in a tunnel.
