How to make an animated background menu for an application?

In general, I want to add animation to the main menu of my application (an astronaut who simply “floats” through the air, that is, a simple smooth movement in a circle), but I don’t know how to do it. I wanted to add a GIF animation made in Photoshop on top of the picture (Earth and Space), but the problem is that Photoshop does not make high-resolution GIF animation (at least my computer can't do that). What do you advise? I am writing an application in Java, I use Swing in the gui.

It's simple, draw your astronaut in a vector, or in Photoshop, as best you can. Further, by importing your blank into the Adobe Animate program (seemingly correct), animate it as you need and get the animation in HTML with JS in the kit and that's it.
