Can i run jar file on 32bit computer?

Will I be able to run a 32bit jar program if that program was written in Intellij Idea 64bit?
And please, give the file to download java 32bit, and jdk 32bit.

The whole point of Java is that you can run your jar file in general on any platform for which there is a JRE - even on ARM.
