How to make access to virtual machines from any subnets?

Hey! Everyone. Help needed.
The goal is to implement a test bench on Hyper-V on a laptop. To make it work in different subnets ... t (i.e. at home, at work, in transport).
When connected via network or wi-fi. Adapters when connected via one of the interfaces will not be difficult to change.
It is important to leave one ip addressing and Internet access.
It doesn’t matter which network I connect to in order for virtual machines to work. And there was Internet access for installing packages, ads.
It is necessary to create two adapters ?Internal and external? Tell me the correct name to google it.
If there is a link, I will be very grateful.
Or if anyone has done this please share your experience.

Those. your main problem is that you are afraid that your main interface will receive different addresses from the DHCP working router, home or cellular providers?
Well, if this is the main problem, then I would probably make one External switch in Hyper-V and as many Internal switches as you need for tests.
Then I would start some low-demanding assembly on Linux, or a Mikrotik image (there are problems with network speed), well, that is. a permanent machine in the form of a router (you can also use a Windows server with RRAS). And brought all Internal networks to this router.
Here you will kill a lot of rabbits at once:
* You do not need to reconfigure all your labs if the IP address of the host suddenly changes. It will be enough to do this on the "router" machine.
* You can flexibly restrict traffic for individual virtual machines (allow everyone to connect to tcp:25, and udp:53, but close NAT). Also restrict access from outside.
Perhaps someone will suggest a more efficient method.
