How to make a video quality like an 80s show?
I don’t even understand how to search for information, Indians are everywhere with a simple overlay of the effect of an old film. How exactly to make a modern video the quality of an old American show. For example, the quality of the picture and colors (transition effects are not of interest) should be like in this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZcB9maO1-E or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= FsDSIEq7O08
I will be glad to all advice. Thanks in advance)

Take a camera from the 80s, obviously. All these native "effects" a la uber noise, color collisions, etc., inherent in the video of that time, have been successfully removed in modern cameras. So don't bother with it, it's easier to get tired with the video editor and play around with its settings.
By the way, I don't understand what you mean. True, try to add flesh (shift the white balance), and shoot with something like a canon 5d mark 4 with a portrait telephoto lens.
Hmm, well, light, preferably professional.
