Which lens to choose on a phone for a blog?

Hello. I want to shoot a blog indoors on an iPhone 7 phone with normal lighting for YouTube, the light will be set correctly and ok. The question is, which lens to choose for this, or is it not needed at all? The budget for the lens is 1500 rubles. I know about the cost of the lens and the price of the camera, so that it would be the same, but now it’s like that. I want an ordinary good bright picture, so that everything is clear, or with a slightly blurred background under the bokeh, attached to a clothespin to the phone.
After reviewing the views, I find wide-angle, portrait and macro lenses on the phone. I read about a whale lens, and even with a zoom lens-pipe like that on a phone, I saw it in a store. Shooting up to the waist in format, or do I need a zoom with focus and this is needed for a close-up?? For a photo, you can still use a portrait lens, but it is only for a photo on the video intro.
