Nonlinear video editing what tools to use for what tasks?

Hello,
Non-linear video editing is a completely new area for me and the Internet offers an insane variety of video editing tools so that my eyes run wide.
I do not want to hammer nails and breed a whole zoo of software for each task, and therefore I want to find the optimal set of software with which to solve my problems.
There is
a video that can be recorded on 2 different cameras
Sony Dsc-hx-50
Nikon D-90
Of the features, different resolutions, formats, and also the video is written in pieces.
Concerts, festivals, interviews are recorded. They can take place outdoors and indoors with different lighting.
The operator himself is also not a professional.
So what do you need
1. Collect from pieces one video file in one resolution and format.
2. Visually improve the quality of the video lighting, sharpness (blurred faces), stabilization
3. In the final, cut out some pieces and save the video without re-encoding (and in the final, since it is often the field of all that needs to be cut)
Which tools best solve my tasks and, moreover, have a convenient interface?

Sony Vegas Pro is perfect or Adobe Premier, if you get confused.
Of the easier editors, I can advise Pinnacle Studio, Windows Movie Maker, Corel VideoStudio Pro X8.
You can also process small pieces in Adobe After Effects.
