Why doesn't Adobe Premiere CC see the second audio track?

Hello, I ran into this problem: I have a video, it has 2 tracks. Track 1 is the sounds of the system, track 2 is my voice from the microphone. When I upload a video in Premiere Pro CC, only 1 track is displayed - the sound of the system. In Sony Vegas, 2 tracks are displayed and the sound of the system and the sound from the microphone.
Here is an example:

Is it possible to somehow solve the problem, so that Premiere would see the second track?

Hmm, try to update the codecs, you need quick time for premiere.
As a crutch, you can add a second layer of video - then right-click on the video, separate the video and sound. and then change the sound balance on different tracks and link the two files.
