How to make a vibration damper?

There is a container with IT stuffing. It is transported by car and helicopter. How to design a system of dampers to protect it from vibrations and shocks? Weight about 30 kg. Dimensions about 70x15x40 cm. The device must work during the trip. I understand that it will resemble an external frame inside which a container will hang on stretch marks (springs). The question is what length, spring stiffness? How from a qualitative statement of the problem - to ensure operability in a car, go to the quantitative characteristics of the springs ??? The smartphone, screwed with electrical tape to the handle of the minibus, rolled over bumps. There is data on maximum accelerations in three planes.

As an option with vibration protection priority, an oil-filled sealed container with spring suspension. If tightness is not possible, you can hang on suitable bicycle / motorcycle shock absorbers, but they will save only in a narrow range of amplitudes / accelerations.
In any case, without knowing what kind of loads you need to protect against and without constructive improvement of the protected equipment, you need to make vibration and shock protection ... Well, it's imprudent, or something.

once GCMS were brought to us, they were packed in 2 boxes - an outer wooden box - a hard cardboard package inside between the boxes, a thick layer of packing foam rubber (which is pyramidal) inside the second box, everything is in the form of spare parts and everything is disassembled, as far as possible.
