How to make a task with every minute execution?

I need to launch the application every 15-20 minutes to check the server and try to connect to it.

It would be desirable to make through the scheduler of tasks.

Not interested in creating a task in the scheduler via cmd.

I stumbled upon the documentation on the site . This documentation doesn't say anything about it at all.

Is there any other documentation or examples?
