How to make a smooth transition to BGP?

In general, the situation is as follows:
There was a microt, several pools of addresses leased from the provider, a bunch of services and firewall rules, but the provider had periodic problems.
We ordered our own AS, received a new pool of addresses, raised 2 BGP to different providers.
I still don't quite understand how to sort it all out. (I do not rule out that I forgot how to google)
I have ether1 - with BGP from one provider and ether2 - with BGP from another provider, the priority is set to the first via set-BGP-prepend=3 on the out filter of the second.
I want to hang an ip address from a dedicated pool on the outside of the router itself, and here I get into a stupor, I have 2 interfaces with prescribed tunnel addresses for BGP, where to hang the ip address is not clear.
Пробовал сделать гадость, за которую меня, по идее, провайдеры должны камнями закидать, делал бридж из этих туннельных интерфейсов и вешал все адреса на него, но тогда BGP на второго провайдера не поднимается, хотя на внешний адрес роутера я-таки попадал через первого.
Как сделать правильно?
З.Ы. Использовать отдельную железку для бордера не предлагать, пока бюджет не позволяет)

Что, в вашем представлении, "внешка"? И зачем на нее вешать что-то кроме адресов использующихся для БГП?
Вы сами себе сеть. Заанонсили свою сеть провайдерам - и все, что и как вы внутри распределяете -- никому дела нет.
Хотите - дробите на /30 и развешивайте на вланы, хотите - раздавайте по /32 через ppp.
Или навешивайте целиком /24 на любой из свободных интерфейсов и подключайте к нему сервера/юзеров/чтоугодно.

I don’t know the specifics of your network, but I can assume that the address from the pool needs to be hung on the interface towards your locale (physical port, vlan, bridge from your local interfaces or even a loopback)
