How to use the pool of addresses issued by the provider?
The provider issued a white IP address. Used it to host the site. Everything worked. There was port forwarding on mikrotik. Now we need a second site. The provider was asked for a 2nd ip address for the same connection, to which they replied "This cannot be, a second connection is needed", later they said that it was possible to connect a pool of addresses. If I connect it how can I use it for my own purposes? That is, I can take any address from the range and make a forwarding?

If you have websites, then it is quite possible to get by with one ip-address! To do this, just enough to configure your router or web server or reverse-proxy. This will be much better than using another address.
Here's an example of how to redirect via HTTP/1.1 https://netflow.by/blog/item/185-proxy-mikrotik
The most profitable and frequently used way would be to buy a /30 pool, which the provider must route to the address you already have. For the provider, this is the same as allocating one address, and for you - 5 addresses for the price of two.
Sometimes the provider did not agree, but you can still try to beg for a pool on /32, but most likely its cost will be the same as for /30
Yes. You have one wire (or other connection) with your ISP. It plugs into the main switch. Servers or a router are stuck there. On each device, set up your addresses from a pool or from pools, or any in general. Or you forward a bunch of addresses with a router to LAN through different ports. In fact, they are lying and could issue another address, not a pool, since the address is a special case of a pool with a size of /32.
