How can I not get css from habr?

Hello. I'm not getting css for 4 sites from the TM group :) Everything else is fine. Through a proxy, too, everything is fine. It is clear that the problem is with the provider. Just wondering how it happened.

Why is the provider blocking CSS sites?
As a temporary solution, I can offer the Stylish plugin , which will need to be fed the original CSS.
