How to make a server room?

It so happened that I have a server room in the attic at home. Already, everything is starting to warm up from the temperature, so far there are only 2 ciscos, a server, a PBX, satellite and cable TV. What would be the best way to do cooling (in a rack or just put an air conditioner)? The height there is 1.5m, and the length of the room is 20m.

I suppose that you need thermal insulation from the roof, because the sun heats the roof. You need to try to seal the room as much as possible and put the air conditioner, and preferably 2. In other cases, lower everything into the basement :)

It will not be possible to lower communications into the basement (everything is already in concrete), another question now is that everything is ugly a99540b7a1884bcdb27a868cd51e1f17.JPGduring the construction, they were not very involved in the server room, I want to fix it. And here's a photo of the attic, 826dce4c8e444fcea22088a1ba592f4e.JPG430b283351134543a3dca8e5b614e556.JPG
what would you do with it?

Definitely: thermal insulation from the inside of the "ceiling" slopes (for energy saving), installation of a household air conditioner with an external unit + a floor fan more accurately directs the flow of "cold" air for cooling.
* installation of additional radiators in places of special heating is welcome

If not for the size of the server, I would suggest stuffing it into a car cooler bag on a peltier element.
