Hello! There is a file myFile.exe, how to create a Windows service so that it is at startup. Preferably with dependency - start after "mySecondService". Thank you.

Services in Windows are not trivial, they need additional management mechanisms.
If you just need to wrap the executable in a service, NSSM is here to help.
