How to make a server on a smartphone?

I have an old smartphone, I want to make a web server out of it, for this I want to put debian on it. The question is whether it can be done so that the Internet and the screen work. I could use termux, but I'm not sure about the security of android. How can I install a full-fledged Linux on it, where can I read about it?

It all depends on the specific phone model. "Full-fledged Linux" can be piled up in very few places and even less after that it will be able to fully work. Put the termux, in general :)
