Raise a server on home hardware?
Good day, there was a desire to raise a home server, it will keep:
Site on Apache Mysql
base
game server rust (main load)
python parser
home data storage
The problem is that I have a dynamic IP, and the provider is not does not want to provide a stat ip.
What can you advise, I heard that there are all sorts of dns services like reg.ru , etc.
Can you tell me more about this and can dns help me with my problem?

You need to find out the type of your IP: gray or white
. If gray, then not only you are sitting from your IP, but it is shared by a certain number of subscribers. Only a tunnel to a separate server on the Internet will help here.
If white, then clearly dynamic. Here you need a service like DynDNS, you are given a free domain (although you can buy whatever you want) and a special client installed on the server updates the AAA record of this domain and you can get to the domain regardless of the current IP. You just need to correctly configure the router. Many good routers have this client right in the firmware and you just need to check the box in the interface
