Made a presentation in photoshop. Images are 1366 px wide. How to make it so that when it opens it does not stretch to full screen if there are more moniks?

what do you open in? (browser, or some kind of reader?)
What resolution does the monitor have (maybe you have a large one, but what if it costs 1366?)
What is the scaling? full screen view?
