Young padawan chan! Start with a simpler task - just create a board with a given size, the ability to add elementary objects to it (notes, links and geometric shapes), and then more specific questions will arise. here already and Google will be of help and here they will probably help.
The realtimeboard is written in Angular, apparently.
For the convenience of viewing features on someone else's site , install a wappalizer for chrome.
