Hello, how can I make a presentation of the project (a visual demonstration of the effects)

And I would like to ask the second question here, where to find UI/UX (web) designers to communicate and share experiences? on twitter, there is no usefulness by tags, mb someone will share resources.

On the behance it's a GIF. You make a prototype and record a video. Or you don't make a prototype and make an imitation in a video editor (Aftereffects, hype).
