You can create your own modules in Bitrix.
The boss wants this module to be able to be run from a specific task.
For example, he entered the task, pressed the menu and there was a call to the desired module.
By the "MORE" button
And so that the task number is transferred to the module.
I can't find a sample how to do it.
Now the module menu appears in "Administration" -> "Content" in the sidebar.

What you want to do is not a simple action for the box.
Perhaps you should make a REST application and use embedding places ? For example TASK_VIEW_TOP_PANEL and TASK_LIST_CONTEXT_MENU
