Why was the organizational structure not created during the installation of Bitrix24?

When installing b24 (bitrixsetup.php) on your own environment (edited ISP panel). The structure of the company is not created, when you try to add it, it writes an incorrect infoblock code. I looked at the infoblock "division" was not created, even when you add it (in the content) on the site it is not visually visible.
Maybe someone came across, tell me how to treat where to look.

if the system is just installed, then it is better to reinstall, maybe there was a failure somewhere, you can still see the logs

This happens with 3 installations in a row (I understand that the environment is more to blame).
But everything else is already working.
