Editing one of the two sites in the Bitrix panel?

I have two sites in the Bitrix panel at once. In the "content" section there is a "services" tab in which I edit what I need, but for another site, the sections are marked as "s1" and for "s2" there is no such tab and I can't find how to edit the same thing only for the desired site . Is it possible to switch them in the panel somehow? Or how can I find where the sections for the site I need are being edited?

Separate management at a certain level is realized by distribution of access rights. Rights are assigned for groups to folders and files, to modules, to infoblocks.
But in this case, you need to fence off individual system settings only for the superadmin.
