How to correctly generate a payment link in a box?

Dear experts, tell me what is the general principle of work / procedure for accepting payments?
Created an account, sent a link? Or is it somehow cleverly done?
I did not find any relevant documentation, everywhere a simple payment acceptance via whatsapp / sms in the cloud is revealed.
In the box, you need to connect paid messaging services.
I tried to receive and send a link to the mail in the BP or through the robot, but when I click on the received link, it says that the order was not found.
