VirtualBox does not see the second adapter?

As a pitch server with two network. One is connected to the white address of the provider, the other is connected to the local network (which has its own proxy server connected to the Internet).
The task is to make access to Bitrix24 from the local area and from the Internet.
I did everything locally, everything works as it should.
Host - Win7 Pro x64, guest - BitrixVM on CentOS. Antivirus - ESET Endpoint Security 5.0.
In virtualbox, only one connection is visible, although I configured both adapters.

Therefore, when creating a pool in BitrixVM, the second adapter is not visible.

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you all in advance.

@prodigy_55

It seems to have done. I don't know if my solution is correct.
I chose NAT as the second adapter and forwarded the ports.
