How to make a home studio for a video blog?

Task: to make a home studio for a video blog.

Available:
1. Android 10 with a good camera
2. Desktop
3. Dexp U700 microphone
4. Diode light (3 sources)
5. Active stub for the phone

So far I see this bundle:
1. Filmic Pro for shooting video
2. AirDroid on the desktop to control the camera (you need exactly the rear camera, it's better)
3. Adobe Premiere for mixing and editing

It seems that everything is logical, but somehow through crutches. Maybe there are more complete / ready-made solutions for shooting video?

1. For example, is it possible to parallel video with external sound (via WiFi, there is no BT on the microphone)?
2. What is the best way to shoot video remotely (again, via WiFi)? It is important that there is noise reduction and the ability to select focus and aperture.

How difficult everything is...
If for a home studio for a video blog (that is, everything is static, without movement, without changing angles, etc.), any serviceable phone that shoots in FullHD 30 fps will suffice. Put on any regular tripod. Well, you can use a microphone with a windscreen to close it from breathing. Light - as needed (a simple window gives even, diffused light without contrasting shadows). All.
Shooting technique: got up from a chair, pointed a phone at a chair (focus to infinity, without tracking), clicked on "Record", sat on a chair, "blah ... blah ... blah ...", got up from the body, stopped record. I connected the phone to the computer and downloaded the video file. In the premiere, I cut off the beginning and end of the video (with walking in the frame), suppressed noise (I personally like iZotope RX 7), added titles or something else, exported it to a video for upload.
And, you can connect a microphone to a computer and write a track separately in order to replace the existing one in Premiere.
If you want to be creative, you can hang a chromakey behind your back.
