Can the Sony SmartBand SWR10 be connected to a computer?

Can the Sony SmartBand SWR10 be connected to a computer?
In the presence of the bracelet itself (plus one more connected to a smartphone), a computer on Win7 and a bluetooth adapter.
In the "adding a bluetooth device" mode, only the smartphone sees.
I also tried using the BlueStacks emulator - it does not work.
