The pins of the 6-pin connector are marked G/V/I/R/_/T . Will I be able to take the current temperature value from it? You need to connect to arduino.

Everything googles for 5 seconds.
5 volt USART there, it will attach to the arduine without problems. The transmission parameters are standard - 9600, 8 bits, no parity. The protocol is binary, but everything is sorted out in the blog.
