How to get time via ethernet-shield Arduino?

We have an Arduino Uno with an ethernet shield.
Is there any way to get the time without resorting to the real time module (from the network)?

So you still want to get it from the network, or not?
If from the network, then everything is about the same as on a PC, there are synchronization services, there are just sites for parsing via the HTTP protocol (based on TCP, which is based on IP, which in turn is on Ethernet or WLAN).
