What is the name of a bearing with a spring to return to the base position?

For one homemade product, you need to make such a swivel joint so that it can be deflected to a given angle (- / + 90 degrees), but when the force is removed, it smoothly returns to its base position.

Such bearings are often placed in professional tripods so that when released, the camera itself smoothly turns in the forward direction. Often there are even adjustments to select the force and return speed, this would be just perfect.

I think such mechanisms should be available on Ali, or in some special ones. stores. But I just can’t find how it is called correctly? ..

Ideally, in English.

And I would also be very grateful if you tell me where I can buy this? Maybe used?

Thank you!

PS The word "bearing" is not the topic here at all. "Hinge" still all right.

If space allows, then a lever with an axle or hole, there are 2 identical springs, and 2 spring attachment points.
Where the weight + the resultant of the spring forces = 0, there will be a cusp.
For a more compact layout, torsion bars, magnets, pneumatics are possible.
