How to make a GridView in a UWP application that will look beautiful on different displays?

you please explain how to make this GridView look nice on different displays (i.e. a bunch of different tablets/phones/laptops)?
I tried to use Visual States (I created several VisualStates for different window widths: 320 epx, 720 epx, 1024 epx and manually selected the size of the collection element for each of the three values), but I could not achieve the desired result.
