Why don't brushes draw in Krita?

I switched to Windows 10. I used to be on Linuxoid. I decided to download the program Krita. Do not draw brushes. They seem to work, but do not draw. Tried version 3 and 4. Neither works. Turned off the tablet. The mouse does not draw. Searched on the internet. Found the same situation, but there were no answers. I suspect that the problem is in Windows, and not in the program.
