How to make a cycle in Photoshop?

I made a flyer layout, it has a unique ID, like 0001. The flyers will be printed at the printing house, I need to make more than 1000 pieces, and each number must be unique. That is, 0002 0003 0004 0005 0006 0007, etc.
Doing all this manually is unrealistically long, is it possible to somehow automate this action in Photoshop?

Guys, I've found this solution so far. Yes, you will have to convert the PSD to PDF for printing later, but this is also automated by the action.

The simplest thing that comes to mind is to make a script in some PHP or whatever is at hand. The script will take time, well, a maximum of 2 hours from the slowpoke itself, I'm sorry. And so about 30 minutes. If there are no familiar programmers, then the freelance exchange will help you.

InDesign to the rescue. Look for a lesson on YouTube, nothing else
