How to make a collage of three pictures in Photoshop? I just want to cut the pictures and draw a dividing line between them

Set the desired canvas size, paste the pictures on separate layers and cut what you need. The line can be made either as a background by placing the photo at a distance from each other, or drawn on the top layer through the selection and fill shift + f5.
