How to log into the bash console from SU?

Can't login as SU user in bash console on pythonanywhere site. I write su kartoffka, then I write the password and the error: su: Authentication failure. I tried all the passwords and did not enter it. Maybe someone knows how?

You do not have permission to use su. To use su, you must be a member of a specific group. Without it - no matter how many passwords you enter - there will be nothing.
