DICOM pacs what to choose?

Hello colleagues!
I faced the problem of introducing a pacs server to collect DICOM from medical equipment.
I began to study the problem with a complete misunderstanding. Then I learned about DICOM (format/protocol). A little further on, I learned that a pacs server is used to collect and store DICOM.
Google gave an understanding that the topic is known in narrow circles and there are even different developments.
Approximately I decided: dcm4che or Orthanc.
The latter is even in the Ubuntu 20.04 repository.
I started, after all, with dcm3che and... Kill yourself with a broom!
Didn't find any proper manual. A bunch of some scattered information, a bunch of some developments and a complete lack of a clear manual on how to prepare all this.
I found something and something even started. Understanding what to do with it next - NULL!
OK. There is also Orthanc!
Installed in a couple of commands, even drove how to log in. Know ours!
Then shut up again.
What to do with it, how to test it?
How to fasten the use of Postgresql instead of sqlite?
What needs to be added next?
And in general, dcm4che || Orthanc?
What I generally need:
1. Automatic reception of DICOM from a variety of medical equipment. As I understand it, according to the DICOM protocol.
2. Search for DICOM files of a patient by name, date and xs what else, the medical staff may need.
3. View DICOM in the web face. Those. pointed at the poor fellow and here are pictures of his innermost.
4. Unload DICOM patient. I suppose this is not the biggest problem and you can come up with a script that will pull the necessary files. But if it's sparkles, then in general, great!

Colleagues familiar with this topic, respond! Advise! Lead to the right path! You are welcome!

https://sourceforge.net/projects/dcm4che/files/ Here is something fresh, but there is no understanding of what needs to be installed and in what order. And what, in general, for what??
