Black screen after installing Ubuntu Server. What's wrong?

Uchtonvoil to the second computer ubuntu server.
The installation was done using a flash drive.
Installation went without problems.
After a reboot, it's just a black screen.
The computer itself is connected to the router.
IP learned through the router.
The computer itself pings, but I can’t connect via PUTTY because of the error:
“Network error: Connection refused”

Ubuntu Server is what the server is for, that it does not have a graphical shell.
Ctrl-Alt-F1 (or Alt-F1, I don't remember exactly) will open the console, then sudo apt-get install ssh and then connect via Putty.
If you want a graphical shell, then sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop .
