What does mode mean in system.cpu.util?

There is an item in zabbix that monitors cpu loading in various modes. But I have not found a description of these modes anywhere.
user, nice , idle, system, kernel, iowait, wait, interrupt, softirq, steal. If with interrupt, idle is still clear, then with the rest it’s not very good. Does anyone know their meanings?
