However, this is not a particularly good option, since in the Russian Federation data centers are concentrated in large cities and with their help it will not be possible to cover a significant part of the country's geography.
It turns out the only way to look for people from the right city and ask them to test or give you access through them.

I implemented it like this:
- I found people from the right cities who are willing to keep a proxy server on a computer with high online
- I set a proxy server for them, set it up
- I'm testing, when the desired user is offline, you can always contact the person and ask to turn on the computer.
