There is a megafon 4G modem with internet.
Every 10 minutes, exactly one minute, the following happens:
RST is sent to all existing TCP sessions in both directions to break them
into new sessions RST is sent immediately after the handshake, while the handshake itself reaches the server, the
rest of the IP traffic just drops
after a minute is normal work is restored exactly for the next 10 minutes.
At the same time, the IP address in the megaphone network does not change, no other events occur. The problem has been observed mega steadily for a long time.
