How to set up an l2tp tunnel between 2 Mikrotik routers?

I set up a tunnel following the example of lanmarket.ua/stats/poshagovaya-instrukciya-po-obed...
Everything is connected, routers see each other - ping is coming.
I tried to ping from a computer of 1 subnet to 2 pings, I'm doing a tracer, from 2 subnets the computers are turned into a tunnel, but 1 is not.
I ping from 1 Mikrotik in 2 subnets to the computer, I do the opposite, there are no pings.
What to do? Where is the problem?

Where is the problem?

The problem is in your head. Do you think that there are psychics in the world.

1. You have one single address registered in the routers, but not a subnet.
To fix this, either manually enter the desired range in the routes, or in the properties of the l2tp profile in the routes section, specify the desired range. (Example of entry 192.168
