Is it real? Will they not punish? Can they be kicked out? The salary will go through the Russian bank. What are the rights of a citizen of the Russian Federation in Belarus in general? Is it possible to register at the clinic without real estate? Arrange a child in Kindergarten? School?

Arrange for the child to school for sure, there may be problems with the kindergarten depending on its geographical location, i.e. there may not be places in the kindergarten near the place of residence, then you will have to look, but it is better to give it to a commercial one, there are not many of them, but there are. In any clinic you can receive paid services (in Minsk at least), it is unlikely that you have the right to free medical care, although I'm not sure.
And yes, they can kick you out for politics :)
