How to link router in repeater mode to lan?

I'm trying to set up the VigorFly 210 router to take Wi-Fi from the phone in access point mode and put it on the computer via lan.
I set it up in the most obvious way - turn on the Universal Repeater mode, catch a telephone Wi-Fi (caught, writes Connected), then I expect that the Internet should already appear in the LAN, but no.
And the most interesting thing is that sometimes it really appears, but it works buggy and quickly disappears.
I do not disable DHCP, I do not change anything else from the reset state.
