In this connection, using a free vpn - traffic is not enough, and 600 r per month (approximate price of vpn) - does not suit me, because it is not necessary that the traffic of the voice program run through it, and it is not cheap all the same.
Therefore, the question is how to let the traffic of this toy bypass unreasonable blocking without dancing with a tambourine (and preferably without spending shekels)? And so that other programs send packets in the usual way.

1. Uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network" in VPN connection settings
   If a new address is assigned with each connection, then the command will have to be repeated after each connection, and the key /premoved.
