How to let a customer upload a file to Synology DiskStation?

We have DS213+ on DSM 4.1 in our office. You can set up an FTP server on it, but uploading something to it is too difficult for some of our clients. I would not want to use third-party file-sharing services for reasons of security paranoia .

I would like to set up a simple private service like wetransfer.com / rapidshare / megaupload, where the client could go to the page, click "upload file" and upload something to us directly to the NAS.

Is this "feature" in the standard distribution of DSM 4.1 or as an additional cloud?
Or is there some other easy way?

There is a web server, apache, php, mysql, you can raise any file sharing service. scripts of such services I think are ready.

So far I see one option, make daddy it, create a user, and allow only FileManager, then they will go into it and calmly fill it in. On the other hand, its interface is complicated, I still did it via FTP.
Or do what is above, given the fact that there are many ready-made engines in the repository.

Simply putting a PHP script on Synology will not work - PHP has too small limits on size / execution time.
I made a page with a Java applet on my Synology. This Java applet is a simple FTP client, in which I have already registered user / password. I give a link to this page to clients and they fill me with everything ...
Java applet I took here;

If still relevant, in the "file station" if you right-click on the folder there is a function "Create a file request". File download link generated
